The normal hours of operation for the Help Desk are 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday thru Friday. The Help Desk is closed on University holidays and during campus shutdowns.

We are staffing our help desk in Memorial Hall Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. However, to abide by State and CDC COVID guidelines, we have implemented a scheduling system to allow separation and appointments for personal device issues. You can schedule an appointment by using one of the following 3 methods.
** WALK-IN REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
